Denise Clur: Woman with cats, oil painting and unintentional self portrait.
On the left we see my grandfather William Barker’s house in Port Alfred painted by Denise Clur in 1965 and on the right a copy of that painting made by Denise in 2021. The incredible thing about this painting is that she painted it when almost blind as both daughters wanted the original and making a copy seemed the only solution.
